Mobile blogging test

Probably won’t have a laptop on the trek, almost certainly won’t have Internet access and maybe won’t even have a mobile network, but I WILL have my trusty iPhone so I hope to be able to upload posts and pics that way.

I’ve just downloaded and installed the WordPress iPhone app – here’s my first test post.

(The picture is a shot of my Dad taken at the top of an unnamed peak in the Karakoram range in Pakistan.)

Why not also have a photo of your sister up in the Karakoram (which is in Pakistan actually) or in the Himalayas in Nepal??

  2. psmill says:

    Why not, indeed?

You send ’em, I’ll post ’em!

  3. Cathy says:

Fair dos…will need to check if I’ve got any digital ones!

Okay. In the meantime, I have changed India to Pakistan. (Geography was never my strongest suit, as you know.)

Hi Pete – you’ve started something here. I’ve been rummaging in the attic for photos of the Himalayas, and there are plenty, but they’re either firmly fixed into albums with Kathmandu glue, or negatives. So, I’ve now transfered 4 films to CD from a 3-week trek to Everest (area not summit that is)and will send you a few for you to look at and choose one if you like.
